Reservations
Reservations/Cancellations/Changes for FIT’s and/or Groups, must be confirmed by Kruger Safari Lodge in writing. All reservations/enquiries must be e-mailed to Kruger Safari Lodge.
Provisional bookings are held for a maximum of 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Any reservation cannot be assumed as confirmed, booked or cancelled, without written confirmation from both parties.
Group Rooming Lists to be sent 30 days prior to arrival.
Children Policy
Children are considered twelve (12) years of age, and younger, at date of travel. Children to pay 50% rate of Single Person, per Night, DB&B.
Maximum of two (2) children per room with two (2) adults.
3rd Person/ Triple Policy
Maxim of three (3) adults, i.e., Triples, are allowed. Third person will be accommodated on a sleeper couch. Third Sharing Adult to pay 100% of Adult Sharing Rate.
Cancelation Fees
Cancellation fees are charged on any reduction in rooms and/or guests, affecting the original value of the reservation.
FIT’s
- 0 – 7 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee on the value of the booking.
- 8 – 14 days prior to arrival: 75% cancellation fee on the value of the booking.
- 15 – 29 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee on the value of the booking.
- 30 – 59 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee on the value of the booking.
Groups (10 pax or more)
- 46 – 60 days prior to arrival: 50 % cancellation fee on the value of the booking
- 0 – 45 days prior to arrival: 100 % cancellation fee on the value of the booking
Payment
Kruger Safari Lodge reserves the right to request payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays or over high occupancy- and peak periods. Payments to be made in South African Rands into the bank account of Kruger Safari Lodge. Payments is made in full and free of any bank charges.
Late Payments: Kruger Safari Lodge reserves the right to cancel these reservation(s). Kruger Safari Lodge accepts the following credit cards: MASTER / VISA
